These terms apply to digital products offered through School Projects India. By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these terms, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Digital Products

Our products are downloadable PDF files intended for personal educational and craft use. No physical item will be shipped. Product photographs and completed models are examples; final results depend on printing, materials and assembly.

Permitted Use

You may print purchased files for your own personal or household use and for the school project of the child for whom the product was purchased. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, sublicense or commercially reproduce the digital files or their contents.

Orders and Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment processing, transaction support and handles returns and refunds in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

Delivery

After a successful payment, access to the purchased PDF is provided digitally. Customers are responsible for having suitable equipment and software to open and print PDF files.

Refunds

Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are subject to applicable law and Paddle's buyer and refund policies. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

Intellectual Property

The illustrations, printable files, layouts and other original content supplied by School Projects India remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Purchasing a product grants a limited right to use it as described above; ownership of the intellectual property is not transferred.
