School Projects India sells digital PDF downloads. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

Refund Requests

Refunds, cancellations and statutory withdrawal rights are handled in accordance with Paddle's applicable buyer and refund policies and the consumer-protection laws that apply to the transaction. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.

Problems With Your Download

If you cannot access the purchased PDF, receive the wrong file, or experience a material problem with the digital product, please contact us so that we can first try to resolve the issue.

How to Request a Refund

Customers can request refund assistance using the links and support information supplied by Paddle in the transaction receipt. Paddle may review refund requests and process approved refunds back to the original payment method where possible.

Digital Content

Because these products are digital downloads that can be accessed immediately after purchase, withdrawal or refund rights may differ by country and may be affected once downloading or use begins. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
